With its breathtaking, panoramic views, Ranmore Rise is an ideal location for photo/film/fashion shoots. There are stunning vistas of the North Downs from the front. The large, back garden would make a dramatic backdrop with its three tiered levels and feature walls. The rockery and patio area are unique, clad in beautiful stone, a setting which could double for many areas around the world.

The area used to be an arboretum so there are some beautiful and unusual specimen trees around.

Inside the space has 5 bedrooms and is filled with natural light with vast picture windows and a 60 square metre reception area with dual aspect windows. The interior decor is Scandi-inspired and there are spectacular views from every single room in the house, even the bathrooms!

There is ample room for make up and dressing inside. There is also an extensive deck area which could accommodate a large crew. There is a driveway and plenty of free parking right next to it. The location is just 50 minutes from London and the coast and the nearest town is just over a mile away.

Plus you can stay after you shoot, our location house is also a Boutique B&B, with a pub just a 5 minute walk away serving lunch and dinner!
